With Joseph Suchy, guitar, Hayden Chisholm, Clarinet or Daniel Schroeter, bass at their side, they constitute a musical organism. The lack of an ordinary full 'drum kit' sound is an alluring aspect of their 'Secret Rhythms' based live program as shakers, skins, and static substitute for the absence of hi hat and kick, imparting the music with a tribal feel. These Rhythms sound free, vibrant and open, mainly because the players use empty space as a take off and landing platform for shifts in rhythm and time in these airy compositions.
